The Win/Loss Statement(s) will reflect our records of card-in play for the year(s) requested as of the date indicated on the form. It is an individual player's own responsibility to keep accurate records of gaming wins and losses for income tax purposes each tax year. The Statement will only provide an estimate of wins and losses and is dependent on the proper use of the Players Club Card.
