What are the box office hours?
Box office hours are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. To purchase tickets after hours, CLICK HERE.  On event nights, the box office is open from 10:00 am until one hour after the event begins. 

What is your ticket refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds, seating exchanges, or seating upgrades.

What’s the age requirement to attend concerts?
Ages 5 and up are allowed to attend events in the Special Event Center.  Minors (ages 5-17) must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.  Events held inside the casino are strictly 21 and over.  Children 4 and under cannot attend any event at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. 

How do I access my digital tickets?
CLICK HERE to access your digital tickets! Log in to your account and select “inventories” to view your tickets. PLEASE NOTE: the ticket barcode is not available at the time of purchase. They will be accessible on the date and time listed on the ticket description

How do I pick up my tickets from Will Call?
For “Will Call” tickets, the original credit cardholder must be present with their government-issued ID along with the credit card used for purchase.  Will Call tickets can be picked up during box office hours. 

I want to give my tickets away as a gift or transfer my tickets to someone else.  How do I do that?
Use the Ticket Forwarding option online!  CLICK HERE to access your account and forward your tickets easily.  If you selected Will Call as your delivery option, you must convert your tickets to Digital Delivery in order to forward your tickets to someone else.  Please call the box office for further assistance. 

Can you mail my tickets?
Unfortunately, no.  Tickets can only be picked up (Will Call) or access online (Digital Delivery). 

How do I purchase wheelchair/accessible seating?
Please call the box office at 760.342.5000 for further assistance.  This feature is not available online. 

What’s the mask policy for concerts? Do I have to show proof of vaccination?
Masks are strongly suggested for all guests, regardless of vaccination status.

What happens if our event is postponed or canceled? How will we be notified?
If an event is postponed to a future date, guest will have the option to keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund by the scheduled deadline posted on the event’s page.  If an event is canceled, all guest will receive a full refund.  You will be notified of any changes to the event via email.  We also update our website with current information on all events.
