This new confectionery showplace at Fantasy Springs features a wonderland of classic treats. Besides over 30 varieties of caramel and chocolate-covered apples, guests can see fudge made daily. The cooks use a marble slab to cool the chocolate delicacy while shaping it with paddles into giant 22-pound loaves. A variety of fruits, pretzels and cookies are also dipped by hand into pots of melted milk, dark and even white chocolate. The world-famous chocolate shop is located between Starbucks and The Bistro on the upper level near the hotel.
