FANTASY SPRINGS RESORT CASINO SERVES UP DELICIOUS EASTER FEASTS ON SUNDAY, APRIL 17

April 1, 2022 – INDIO, CA –  Head to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and enjoy scrumptious dining options on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022. The talented team of award-winning chefs led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger has created several delectable menus to choose from.

Guests at the Bistro can dine on a 14 ounce USDA prime New York steak, lobster mac and cheese, asparagus, Cognac-peppercorn demi-glace and roast-tomato bearnaise. POM will feature braised boneless beef short ribs, Boursin cheese whipped potatoes, sautéed broccolini and red currant port demi-glace. The regular menu will also be available. Easter special served from noon – 11 p.m. $36 per person.  

Come hungry to the Fresh Grill Buffet where guests can fill up on an incredible spread of delicious options. Brunch features omelets cooked to order, eggs Benedict, smoked bacon, country sausage and chicken fried steak along with Belgian waffles, apple pancakes and strawberry cheese blintzes. Salads and soups such as grilled chicken and Caesar salad, Baja-style seafood cocktail, Korean shrimp and noodle salad, Puebla style menudo and Manhattan clam chowder will also be offered.

Chilled seafood on ice includes oysters on the half shell, Gulf shrimp cocktail, Atlantic smoked salmon and New Zealand mussels.

Stop by the carving board for roast prime rib of beef, maple roasted turkey breast and honey glazed Virginia ham. Chef specialties features grilled to order New York strip steaks “Churrasco,” roast leg of lamb with rosemary-mint demi-glace, apple stuffed pork tenderloin with red wine sauce, seafood fra diavolo, herb-crusted fillet of salmon with lemon-dill sauce, barbecued St. Louis pork ribs, mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy, and an array of Italian, Asian and Latin specialties.

The dessert station includes Fantasy Springs’ famous chocolate fountain, a huge selection of cakes, pastries, bananas foster, warm bread pudding along with sugar free choices and much more. Brunch 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Dinner 3:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. $39.99 adults; $29.99 children; children under 3 are free.                                   

For those looking for additional sweet treats, stop by Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory where colorful Easter-themed lollipops, fresh fudge, chocolate bunnies, jelly bean carrots, carrot cake and pistachio truffles, and lavender and key lime creams will be offered.
