What are the box office hours?
Box office hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed Sunday. To purchase tickets after hours, CLICK HERE.  On event nights, the box office is open from 10:00 am until one hour after the event begins. Questions? What is your ticket refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds, seating exchanges, or seating upgrades.

I want to give my tickets away as a gift or transfer my tickets to someone else.  How do I do that?
You can forward your tickets once your mobile tickets are available three (3) days prior to your event. 

What’s the age requirement to attend concerts?
Ages 5 and up are allowed to attend events in the Special Event Center.  Minors (ages 5-17) must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.  Events held inside the casino are strictly 21 and over.  Children 4 and under cannot attend any event at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. 

When/how do I access my mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets will be emailed 3 days prior to your event.  Once received, we suggest saving your mobile tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet prior to your arrival.  Print-at-home or screenshots of mobile tickets will NOT be accepted for entry.

Can I pick up physical tickets at the box office?
Yes. The original credit cardholder must be present with their government-issued ID along with the credit card used for purchase.  We highly recommend picking up tickets in advance during box office hours.

Can you mail my tickets?
Unfortunately, no.  You may pick up physical tickets at the box office or use your mobile tickets for admission.  

How do I purchase wheelchair/accessible seating?
Please call the box office at 760.342.5000 for further assistance.  This feature is not available online. 

What happens if our event is postponed or canceled? How will we be notified?
If an event is postponed to a future date, guest will have the option to keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund by the scheduled deadline posted on the event’s page.  If an event is canceled, all guest will receive a full refund.  You will be notified of any changes to the event via email.  We also update our website with current information on all events. 

How many tickets can I purchase?
The limit is 8 tickets per customer.  Management has the right to reduce the ticket limitation without notice. Purchasing more than the limit will result in online account suspension and cancelation of all tickets. 

I purchased tickets through a third party. What is your policy regarding third party vendors?
Fantasy Springs Resort Casino does NOT authorize any third party vendors to sell tickets for our events. Etix is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s official online ticket market.

Buyers beware! If you purchase tickets from a third party, you are at risk of purchasing fraudulent tickets. We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance. Duplicates or altered tickets will be not be accepted at our venue. Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties.

Any person or “ticket broker” using third party markets to sell tickets for our events will be permanently banned from purchasing tickets. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold by a ticket broker or any third party vendors.

What is your bag policy?
We do not permit large bags or backpacks.
