Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory features a wonderland of classic treats. In addition to over 30 varieties of caramel and chocolate-covered apples, guests can marvel at fudge being made daily. The cooks use a marble slab to cool the chocolate while shaping it with paddles into giant 22-pound loaves. A variety of fruits, pretzels and cookies are also dipped by hand into pots of melted milk, dark and even white chocolate. The world-famous chocolate shop is located between Starbucks and The Bistro on the upper level near the hotel and is open daily from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
