Back by popular demand, legendary singer/songwriter PAUL ANKA returns to Fantasy Springs Resort Casinos Special Events Center, for an evening full of memorable pop hits on Saturday, March 13th at 8pm.

Born in Ottawa, Canada in 1941, Anka knew at an early age that he wanted to be an entertainer. At the age of 13, Anka put together a singing group, “The Bobbysoxers” and began to perform in the local clubs. By the time he was 15, Anka was in Los Angeles, trying to get a record deal. The following year, he headed to New York City and signed a contract with ABC-Paramount Records and went on to record his #1 hit, “Diana.” The record sold over 10 million copies which launched Anka into teen idol stardom in 1957.

Over his 50 year career, PAUL ANKA has recorded a staggering 125 albums and sold more than 15 million worldwide. His songbook contains over 900 songs and over 100 of those compositions have been recorded by artists including Elvis Presley, Barbara Streisand, Linda Ronstadt and Robbie Williams.

His distinctive tenor and falsetto singing voice has made hits like “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and “Walk Like A Man” into instant classics. Now, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is proud to welcome the legendary FRANKIE VALLI to the Special Events Center stage, Saturday, March 20th at 8pm.

As the lead singer of the popular 60’s vocal group, The Four Seasons, Valli racked up a total of 29 Top 40 hits including “Rag Doll”, “December, 1963” and “Dawn (Go Away)”. As a solo performer, Valli has scored 9 Top 40 hits. The list features “My Eyes Adored You”, “Grease”, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” and “Swearin’ to God.”

Before his induction into the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, Frankie Valli grew up singing on the street corners of Newark, NJ. After the formation of the Four Seasons in 1960, the group would sell a remarkable 100 million records from 1962 thru 1968. Even the Beatles couldn’t surpass the group’s popularity or knock them off the charts.

In the years to come, Valli’s charmed life with the group and the music they performed would become the basis for the popular Broadway musical, “Jersey Boys.”

For the New Year, the music inside the Rock Yard will kick off at 7:00p.m. every Friday and Saturday and features “unplugged” acoustic performances for the first two hours.
