Your Club Rewards RULES & REGULATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to join Your Club Rewards.
• Valid photo ID is required for all Your Club Rewards transactions.
• Only member listed on the Your Club Rewards account may receive account information or engage in any transactions relating to that Your Club Rewards account.
• Your Club Rewards cards, points, offers and awards are not transferable.
• Your Club Rewards points are earned by members in accordance with their slot play. You must have your Your Club Rewards card properly inserted into a machine to earn base points as follows: 1 point is earned for every $10 wagered on slots and every $20 wagered on video poker and wide area progressive slots.  Less than $10 wagered in a slot machine or video poker is not aggregated for the purpose of calculating points earned.
• Fantasy $lot Dollar$ and Fantasy Comp Dollars are redeemable for 12 months from the date earned. Purging of Your Club Rewards accounts will take place monthly and Fantasy $lot Dollar$ and Fantasy Comp Dollars older than 12 months will be deducted from account.
• Your Club Rewards accounts with no rated active play for 13 months will be deemed inactive
• Your Club Rewards card must be properly inserted in the machine’s card reader to record play and earn benefits.
• Table Games players must present their Your Club Rewards card to the table games dealer or supervisor to have their table game play rated to earn benefits.
• Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by management may result in forfeiture of the Your Club Rewards card and account benefits.
• Your Club Rewards members must notify Fantasy Springs Resort Casino of any change in pertinent information such as mailing address, phone number or e-mail address in order to continue to receive information, offers, bonuses, and invitations.
• Fantasy Springs Resort Casino reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the Your Club Rewards program or revoke a Your Club Rewards card at any time at its sole discretion.
• Participation in the club constitutes Fantasy Springs member’s agreement to abide by the official rules and regulations of the program and the decisions by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino management.
• Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these official rules and regulations and the decisions shall be final and binding.
• Any Your Club Rewards card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these official rules and regulations is automatically void.
• Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the Your Club Rewards card along with valid photo ID acceptable by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino at the time of redemption.
• Other promotions may be introduced in association with the Your Club Rewards program. All rules, regulations, conditions and procedures of these promotions will be detailed in the official rules of each specific associated promotion.
• Your Club Rewards program may be amended, changed, modified or canceled completely by Fantasy Springs Resort Casino at any time at Management’s discretion in keeping with fairness for all upon approval of the Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians Gaming Commission.
