Transfer forms submitted after 4 pm PST on the day of the event WILL NOT be accepted.

Buyers can submit up to three (3) transfer forms per year.  Multiple submissions will be rejected/denied.

Buyers cannot split their release requests.  The buyer must release their entire order to one recipient only.

All Premium Tickets are NOT transferable.

Once approved, tickets will be available for the recipient via WILL CALL within 72 hours prior to the event.  The recipient must have a valid ID to pick up tickets at WILL CALL.  For further assistance, please call the box office at (760) 342-5000 or (800) 827-2946.
