Born and raised in Southern California, Terry began his professional journey immediately after high school, quickly discovering a natural passion for customer service and hospitality. Starting in retail as a sales associate, he developed a strong foundation in relationship-building, attention to detail, and delivering memorable guest experiences. His dedication to service and connection ultimately led him to the casino industry, where he found his true calling in Player Development as a Casino Host.

Throughout his career, Terry has focused on creating meaningful relationships with his guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every visit feels personalized and seamless. He takes pride in providing attentive, responsive service and going the extra mile to make each experience enjoyable and rewarding. For Terry, being a host is about more than service — it’s about building trust, loyalty, and lasting connections.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys exploring the many beautiful destinations Southern California has to offer. He and his wife love going on cruises, visiting the mountains, and spending time outdoors taking walks with their dog. A longtime hockey fan, Terry even spent time playing goalie on the weekends, embracing the teamwork spirit that still influence his professional approach today.
