April 27, 2026 – INDIO, CA – Treat the special mother in your life to a memorable dining experience at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The award-winning culinary team, led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger, has created special menus for Bistro, POM, and the Fresh Grill Buffet.

Surf and turf is the star at POM. Dine on an 8-oz filet mignon and half of a herb-grilled lobster tail, accompanied by three-cheese potato gratin, asparagus, cabernet demi-glace, and Béarnaise sauce. $58 per person.
