JUNE 9, 2025 – INDIO, CA – Treat the special father in your life to a delicious dining experience at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Sunday, June 15. The award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger have created special menus at Bistro, POM and Fresh Grill Buffet.

Frutti Di Mare is the star of the show at POM. Enjoy succulent Maine lobster meat, shrimp, mussels, Manila clams, and angel hair pasta in a seafood tomato broth with a garlic crostini and soup of the day. $38 per person.
