FEAST ON ST. PATRICKS’S DAY DINING SPECIALS AT FANTASY SPRINGS RESORT CASINO ON FRIDAY, MARCH 17, 2023

March 8, 2023 – INDIO, CA – Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day dining specials created by the award-winning team of chefs led by Executive Chef Freddy Rieger at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on Friday, March 17. Dine on specially designed menus at the Fresh Grill Buffet and POM where dishes such as Irish chicken colcannon soup, honey mustard-glazed corned beef and Irish lamb stew are featured.

Enjoy lunch or dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet and feast on Chef’s specialties that include Guinness brown sugar-glazed pork chops, Irish baked salmon with pickled cucumbers and capers, and braised cabbage with bacon and herbs. In addition, there will be an impressive array of Italian, Asian, and Latin Specialties.

There will also be salads and soups such as Belfast style potato salad, Irish colcannon soup, and fresh baked Irish soda bread. Chilled seafood features shrimp cocktail and poached Canadian mussels.

Desserts are plentiful with Fantasy Springs’ famous chocolate fountain, a huge selection of house-made cakes and pastries, parfaits, warm bread pudding, sugar-free selections and much more. Lunch: 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., adults, $29.99; kids $19.99. Dinner: 4 p.m. – 9 p.m., adults; $34.99; kids; $24.99; children under 2, free.

Dine on an Irish meal at POM featuring Irish chicken colcannon soup, $7.50 for a bowl; $5 for a cup. The main course offers honey mustard-glazed corned beef with bacon-braised cabbage, O’brien potatoes, and grilled asparagus.
