Felipe Esparza is a Mexican-American comedian, actor, and podcaster known for his irreverent, working-class, “everyman” style of stand-up comedy, his laid-back attitude, and his familiar phrase, “What’s up, fool?”
Despite his self-proclaimed laziness, over the last 30 years, Felipe has been very busy, putting together 5 stand-up comedy specials for Netflix and HBO, including one in Spanish, and hosting 3 popular podcasts, one of which has been around for 12 years.
He won NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2010 and has recurring roles on popular television series, including “The Eric Andre Show,” “Superstore,” and “Victor and Valentino.”
He’s also appeared in films including “Blue Beetle” with Xolo Maridueña and George Lopez, “You People” with Eddie Murphy and Jonah Hill, “Guest House” with Pauly Shore, and “7th & Union” with Omar Chaparro.
