Nancy joined the Fantasy Springs team in 2011 after attending Cal State San Bernardino. The Indio native was originally hired as a Player’s Club representative and has steadily been promoted, most recently to her current position as Player Development Manager. Throughout her tenure she’s displayed a strong work ethic, leadership ability and a can-do attitude. Bringing a smile to a guest’s face brings her immense satisfaction. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, and being outdoors with family — whether it’s off-roading, camping or fishing. Nancy is fluent in both Spanish and English.
