August 12th, 2021 – INDIO, CA – Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will host an Employment Expo focused on the Culinary Arts on Monday, August 16th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Special Events Center, where managers will be on hand to interview candidates for a wide range of open positions. The company provides extensive on-the-job training under award-winning Executive Chef Freddy Rieger — no experience needed. The only requirements are a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and a desire to join a winning team.
